Lemon-Garlic Bean Spread



  • 1 14.5 oz can cannellini beans, or beans of your choice (garbanzo, navy, etc.)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a food processor, or mash by hand until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste, or the spices of your choice!
