Pita Chips



3 whole wheat pita rounds (6 to 7 inch diameter)
1-2 Tbsp olive oil OR baking spray
3 Tbsp, or to taste, seasonings (such as onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, cumin)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut pita rounds into 8 wedges each; separate double layered wedges
    into two single layers at the seam.
  3. On large baking sheet, spread wedges in a single layer.
  4. Spray (or brush lightly with olive oil) and sprinkle with desired seasonings.
  5. Bake 5-10 minutes, until lightly golden.
