Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Place cranberries in a small pot.
  2. Add the zest and juice of the orange, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir over medium heat until thickened about 8-10 minutes. Cranberries should be tender but still bright in color.

Yield: Makes 2 cups (8 ÂĽ-cup servings)
