Ingredients:
1 lb broccoli florets, cut into 2- to 3-inch pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°
- On a large, rimmed sheet pan, toss together broccoli florets, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges start to brown. Flip and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes to desired fork tenderness and browning.
- Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using. Toss and serve.
