Easy Roasted Veggies



1 lb broccoli florets, cut into 2- to 3-inch pieces

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, sliced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. On a large, rimmed sheet pan, toss together broccoli florets, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges start to brown. Flip and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes to desired fork tenderness and browning.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using. Toss and serve.
