Cupboard Minestrone Soup



  • 3 cups water
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 2 medium sliced carrots
  • 2 minced minced garlic
  • 1 (10.75oz each) cans low sodium tomato soup, condenced
  • 1 (14.5oz) can cut green beans, with liquid
  • 1 (15oz) sweet corn, with liquid
  • 1 cup whole grain elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp italian seasoning (or may substitute with dried oregano)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
