Ingredients
- 4 cups 3-4 medium ripe bananas, sliced into frozen disks
- 2-4 Tbsp milk or plant based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
Steps:
1. Add frozen banana slices (you may want to soften a few minutes out of the freezer), 2 tablespoons milk, and vanilla extract and cinnamon, if using, to a food processor or high-speed blender. Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides and adding more milk as needed for desired texture.
2. Serve right away with toppings, if using, or store in a container and freeze for 2 or more hours for more ice cream-like scooping.
