Ingredients
- 3 Whole Pitas
- 1 1/2 Tbsp plant oil (like canola or safflower) or spray oil
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Split pitas and cut rounds into triangles. Spread triangles on a baking sheet.
3. Brush or spray both sides lightly with oil.
4. Sprinkle with herbs and/or spices, if desired
5. Bake 5 to 10 minutes, until crisp and beginning to brown. (Keep a close eye, as they burn quickly). For even crispness, flip halfway through cooking.
