Ingredients
- 1 14.5 oz can cannellini beans, or beans of your choice (garbanzo, navy, etc.)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a food processor, or mash by hand until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste, or the spices of your choice!
